Piazza Navona is a bustle during the day and into the darkened evening with dozens and dozens of artists with lovely and varied painted artwork. Around the piazza are many luscious restaurants for gorgeous dishes and glasses of wine. Do know...nearly every bakery, sandwich shop, restaurant and gas station serve beer and wine by the glass!
With all the ancient and beautiful stone work and stucco, golden lights, and sounds of laughter and chat makes it a moment to remember!
Unfortunately, the day I could be there, was rainy during the day, so the selection of artists were much decreased.
The picture I show here was from a small street off the piazza. Those are as awesome as ever!
