There is a place in my heart reserved for the Czech countryside. I did a study abroad program in Prague, and Prague itself was really cool, so much history that happened only years ago, and the changes since... but the countryside and small towns around the Czech Republic were lovely. I did not get to spend enough time exploring and long to go back!
