Fine Dining - North Lake Tahoe

oh my goodness this is the place to go when in north lake tahoe. i have been here a few times and had the greatest time ever.

the outdoor dining is simply sunning. the view of the lake and area is so gorgeous. the drinks here are phenomenal but the one you must try are the famous wet woody's. these things are like slurpees on crack, well without the crack. damn that bacardi 151! these things are over $20 and served in pitchers, hell of a deal! the menu has some really great items as well but your best bet is to go with the selection on the bar and grill menu. fantastic selection and you can enjoy the drinks and not worry about much else.

one night i will never forget. i came here with some friends for fourth of july weekend and we were here for hours. for some reason one of my friends had a dreaded fart machine with her so i put it in my back pocket and let the fun begin. she had the remote so i never knew when it was coming nor did any of the other people i would try to spark up a conversation with. this toy was the greatest thing! i couldn't believe how many people we fooled. sounds childish but you would've laughed your ass off too. we dranked many a wet woody's and these things hit you fast. throughout the night there had been some flirting going on with one of my friends sisters and we went outside and made out like little kids at a school dance. we walked to the end of the pier outside and it was sooo very steamy. i later found out that this pier is rated one of the most romantic places to see in tahoe and oh did i see it:)

later that night we left garwoods and i got stuck driving my friends company car and i missed our turn so i made a turn and little did i know that the ravine on the side of the road was so deep and we ended up stuck down in a ditch. the car was stuck it wouldn't budge! to our surprise we found help but it was a sheriff. he was an older gentleman and totally cool and called a tow truck to pull the car out. 10 minutes later we were pretty much on our way and he said,"let's just see what you would've blew" ugh! so i blew and i was over the limit and freaking out but lucky for me we were just over the nevada line by literally 100 feet. i was safe. from this point on everyone else that was in the car also wanted to blow and see what they come out at! i couldn't believe, this not a good idea! well we were all over and the sheriff made up walk over to a casino to mellow out and we did so i gambled and lost while the others pretty much passed out in the lobby.

it was a long fun night of drinking and more but we made sure we were right back at garwwods the very next night.
