Definitely the reigning top chef in America.

After the Michelin guide rated 2 of his restaurants 3 stars, I read a write-up where another chef said something like:

"Competing with Keller is like trying to play one-on-one with Michael Jordan"

His restaurants and food are an experience. And a good way to say goodbye to a lot of $$$.
