In the humble city of San Carlos is one of the most humble little joints owned by a dude from Rhode Island who directs the spinning out of "consistently excellent" East Coast style pizzas. Slices are the specialty here. No fancy ambience to be found. This is a place where you go in, order a couple of slices, and head out the door. Another option is ordering a pie to take home. But you'd ever have your oven cranked up to 500 degrees, a stone, and a nice peel for getting those slices on and off for reheating. 60-90 secs. usually does it.
