Schat's Rawks from the list Drive Up to Tahoe

It's a little weird to see this on Tahoe related list given it's a good 200 miles away but . . .My wife is dutch and has been telling me stories about Shat's for decades. Finally, got to experience it for myself a few years ago. Amazing stuff. I've gotten goodies from both the Bishop and Mammoth locations and love almost everything they make.
