What can I say about Florida? Actually I went there when I was a kid. You know what they call "Snow Birds'? I can honestly say I love Florida. My sis and I moved there in our teens and got an apartment on the water way in Ft. Lauderdale. The beachesare beautiful, and what fun it is to just look at the gorgeous yachts. I have a great story about this. I have family friends that are very wealthy and they invited myself and husband for a hot dog run. I thought wow, I love hot dogs , so that sounds like fun. When I got there, I was looking for the hot dogs. Well, no hot dogs. Anyway the yacht was 102 feet, and I fell in love with this huge "boat"! It had everthing from a huge lounge area, and bar, with a huge staff. I got a tour, bedrooms galore, and everything you can think of. Anyway, I was starting to get hungry, and they told me we were going to a restaurant on the water way. I thought that was great. When we got there, I grabbed my sweater, in case of air conditioning, some of the people, you won't need that. Then then tell me, they come onto the yacht and we order. Wow, I thought this is something. so hot dog run I found out is actually going on the yacht without a destination, just go out on the water way. I must say I love Florida,,because I have a passion for shelling, love the water, calm or waves, just walking along the beach. I love snorkeling, what an incredible experience. Some tours are fun, but some bathing suits are more colorful than the fish. Anyway, flea markets are incredible, exclusive stores, incredible luxious hotels right on the beach, entertainment, just about anything you cant think of. I will take it one step futher, My dream is to move to Florida someday!!!!
